We’re getting married! (again)

Ryan and Codee were introduced in October 2012 by a mutual friend, but it wasn't until that winter that Codee said her first words to him at his fraternity house, "where's the bathroom?" After weeks of awkward courtship on social media, they found the courage to finally hang out in person. The pair spent their entire evening at the SigEp house piano - discussing music, family, and every other topic imaginable. When it got late, they sat on his couch and played Assassin’s Creed III until 6 in the morning. The rest is history. As they say - when you know, you know!

Ryan flew Codee out to Seattle under the guise of attending a concert (she was hesitant due to their big move that week, but hey, he mentioned VIP passes). As two lovers of mountains and breathtaking views, they planned an early morning hike with her mom, sister and brother-in-law up to Hurricane Ridge. In typical Boyce-family fashion, they took group sunrise photos at the start of the ferry ride. When it was time for Ryan and Codee to pose for a picture, he turned to her and took her hand. Next thing she knew, he was on one knee! After plenty of tears and hugs, she remembered to say, "yes." On top of pulling off a dream proposal, Ryan had flown her other sister out from Ohio to be a part of their special moment. It was truly the best day, ever.

Mountains and wine, their two favorite things! Codee and Ryan's wedding will take place at Yonah Mountain Vineyards in North Georgia.
