What time does the Ceremony start?

Answer

The Ceremony will begin at 5:00 P.M. at Ventosa Vineyards and shouldn't take more than a half-hour. The Ceremony will be held in their outdoor pavilion area, followed by cocktail hour and the reception, located inside the winery.

Will there be transportation to and from the venue and hotels?

Answer

Yes - transportation will be provided from the two hotels listed under the Travel section to the venue before the start of the ceremony, around 3:45-4:30 P.M., and from the venue back to the hotels at the end of the reception, which will be around 10:00-10:30 P.M.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, there will be an option when you RSVP to include any food allergies. The venue had already mentioned they are gluten-free and dairy-free friendly. Please specify any and all food allergies, or if you need a vegetarian or vegan option at the time of RSVP'ing.

What if I miss the RSVP deadline?

Answer

RSVPs are due by Friday, July 31st, 2026. If we did not receive an RSVP by that date, names will automatically be selected as "Not Attending". The venue requires a head count in a timely manner and cannot accept any additional numbers beyond that date. We will miss you celebrating with us!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, please dress anywhere between cocktail attire and formal attire. It will be the end of August in upstate New York, the weather is always unpredictable but it's expected to be hot.

What does parking look like at the venue?

Answer

There will be plenty of parking at the venue. Overnight parking is allowed.
