We would love for you to join us in dressing for the occasion! Gentlemen, please feel free to wear a suit. For members of the Armed Forces, we would love for you to wear your dress uniform. Kilts are also encouraged! Ladies, a cocktail or long dress would be great. For this time of year in Cumbria, we’d also recommend being prepared for warm sun or snow. The venue is rural and there will also be a ceilidh so please bear this in mind when choosing your outfit and shoes, or bring flats if needed!
Absolutely! We will be staying at the venue and will have coffee and croissants at the ready on Sunday morning. There is also plenty of space for vans. Please note- there is an outside loo but no showers. Please let us know on the RSVP if you plan to camp so we have an idea of numbers. Campers, please feel free to arrive early to set up your tents in the morning.
Whilst we love your children, we are planning an adults-only wedding. Please speak to us if this is going to make it difficult for you to attend.
We have everything we need and your presence at our wedding is the only thing we ask for. However, if you would like to contribute to our honeymoon/setting up our new life together we would be very grateful.
