We will start the day with a traditional South Indian Hindu ceremony from 8AM-11AM. You can arrive either at the start or during the ceremony. We will then proceed to a cocktail hour with hors. d'oeuvres and start the reception at noon till 3PM.
We don't have shuttles to the venue but you if you are traveling from Manhattan: you can take the subway + PATH train to Grove Street + uber to venue or a ferry from Brookfield Place Terminal to Liberty Landing + walk to venue or drive/take a direct uber to the venue. If you are traveling from NJ: you can drive/take a direct uber to the venue or bus to Jersey City + uber to venue.
Yes, complementary valet parking is available for all guests at the venue.
The venue is close to Manhattan, right across the Hudson River, in Jersey City, New Jersey. Because of the multitude of accommodation options in the NYC metropolitan area, we do not have specific accommodation recommendations. But, if you need any suggestions or have any questions please reach out to Coco or me. The venue is easily accessible from Manhattan and Hudson County NJ. Please keep in mind that Airbnb is not available in Manhattan but available in Jersey City.
CEREMONY ATTIRE: If you wish, you can dress in Indian attire for the morning ceremony, we will have changing rooms available after the ceremony. RECEPTION ATTIRE: Ladies- Cocktail dresses, midi or tea-length dresses, or formal gowns if preferred, paired with dressy heels or flats. Gentlemen- Dark suits with ties, dress shirts, or tuxedos if desired, accompanied by dress shoes.
