What day should I arrive for the wedding?
Answer
Our wedding ceremony will take place on Saturday, August 1st at 6:00 PM. If your schedule only allows for the main event, this is the day we recommend planning around. We will be providing food, drinks, and entertainment for our guests from the evening of Thursday, July 30th through the morning of Sunday, August 2nd. We know everyone has busy schedules, but if time allows, we would be so grateful to have you join us for the full wedding weekend and celebrate with us every step of the way. We are simply thankful to celebrate with you however long you can stay!

Can I bring a date?

We would love to celebrate with everyone, but due to very limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who received a plus one on their invitation. Thank you so much for understanding and helping us keep our celebration intimate and special!

When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
Please RSVP by June 30th, 2026 so we can finalize seating, catering, and all the special details for our wedding weekend. We kindly ask that you respond to all event RSVPs so we can accommodate appropriately for each celebration, including the Pool Party Kickoff, Welcome Dinner, Wedding Ceremony, and Farewell Brunch. We are so excited to celebrate with you, and unfortunately, responses received after this date may not be able to be accommodated.

is there a dress code?
Answer
There is no specific dress code for our wedding, but guests are encouraged to wear semi-formal attire, with outfits that feel polished, comfortable, and celebration-ready for our special day. For the ladies, we recommend a thicker heel, as there will be some walking on areas that are not concrete.

What airport do we fly into?
Answer
While Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) and San Antonio International Airport (SAT) are both located about one hour from The Cedars Ranch, we suggest flying into Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) for convenience.

Is transportation provided?
Answer
Guests should plan to arrange their own transportation to and from the wedding weekend events, venue, and airport. When you RSVP to both our first and last event, you will be asked to provide your flight information. If there is a high number of guests arriving and departing around similar times, we may be able to help coordinate transportation. However, please note that this is not guaranteed.

Where should we stay?
Answer
A select number of guests will be staying on property at The Cedars Ranch; however, due to limited onsite accommodations, most guests will need to stay off-site. We recommend exploring nearby hotels and bed & breakfasts in Wimberley, Texas, which is the closest town to the venue and offers a variety of charming lodging options
