Our wedding ceremony will be held at Baldwin Memorial United Methodist Church at 2pm. The address of Baldwin Memorial is 921 Generals Hwy, Millersville, MD 21108. After the service, our reception will start with cocktail hour at 3:30pm at The Atreeum at Soaring Timbers. The Atreeum is located at 610 N. Bestgate Rd, Annapolis, MD 21401.
Please either RSVP online by indicating your responses under the RSVP tab, or send back your invitation with your responses included.
Both our ceremony and reception will be held indoors.
For the ceremony, there is a small lot right across the street from the stone church. A larger overflow lot is behind this lot, next to the Baldwin UMC Fellowship Hall. For the reception, there is ample parking surrounding The Atreeum. If this were to fill up, there is an agreement with St. John Neumann Church, which is right next door, that their parking lot may be used as overflow. There will also be shuttle services to/from the hotels and the ceremony and reception venues.
Cocktail attire. For men, we recommend either a tailored suit or blazer with dress pants, or a dress shirt and a tie. For women, we recommend either knee-length or midi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or elegant separates. The wedding party will be dressed in eucalyptus green.
Please check your invitation for your +1.
To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night for celebration and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask for this to be an Adults-Only event.
We will have an unplugged ceremony. To respect the integrity of the historic church, and the event itself, we ask all guests to please refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony itself and that all mobile devices are muted and put away for the duration of the ceremony. For the reception, guests are more than welcome to take photos and/or videos, and please share them as well. We would love to see how you capture our day!
Both the ceremony and reception venues are handicap accessible. Pews may be moved to allow individuals with wheelchairs/walkers to sit comfortably at Baldwin Memorial. Please note: The restroooms at Baldwin Memorial are in the basement, and are not easily accessible for those with mobility issues. The Fellowship Hall across the street from the stone church has more accessible restrooms, and will be open for emergency use.
