How should I RSVP?

All guests on the invitations should RSVP through our website. If you need any help, or have any questions, please reach out to us.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, our dress code is semi-formal/ cocktail attire. To be more comfortable at our lovely rustic venue, consider wearing less pointy heels

Where is the wedding?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be at Black Barn in Pipestone, Alberta. It is about 30 minutes south of the Edmonton International Airport.

Any overnight parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is space to park 11 camper vans at our venue (no services). They will be assigned on a first-come first-serve basis. All vehicles and campers must be picked up from the venue before 9:30am the next morning.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking on site where both the ceremony and reception are being held. All vehicles left overnight should be picked up the next morning by 9:30am please

What is the hotel block booking check in time?

Answer

Check in is at 4pm, and the shuttle is scheduled to pickup from the hotel at 3pm. You may request an early checkin before the shuttle pickup, but it is subject to availability and depends on the previous night occupancy at the hotel.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired a wonderful professional wedding photographer and amazing videographer who will be capturing all the special moments throughout the day, and we will be sure to share their work with you once we receive it! Please sit back, relax, be present and enjoy the ceremony with us 🤍

Can I use the shuttle, even if I’m not staying at the Fairfield Marriott?

Answer

You are welcome to use the shuttle even if you will not be staying at the hotel block. The shuttle will be picking up and dropping off at the Fairfield Marriott. Please see the schedule on the ‘Travel’ page.

What should I do if I have an allergy or dietary restriction?

Answer

Please indicate on you RSVP if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, and/or please let Coby or Molly know before June 15th so we can ask our caterer to accommodate.
