Riverfront Canal Walk
Located along downtown’s riverfront, the Canal Walk stretches 1.25 miles along the James River and Kanawha and Haxall Canals. On your walk you’ll see public art, statues and exhibits. There are also several restaurants including Southern Railway Taphouse, Casa del Barco and Bottom's Up Pizza.
Tredegar Iron Works
Historic Tredegar is the site of the former Tredegar Iron Works, where cannons and armor for the Confederacy were made during the Civil War. The American Civil War Museum at Historic Tredegar offers exhibits, events, and a film about the war and its legacies.
Virginia Museum of Fine Arts
Located right in the heart of The Museum District! This museum has awesome collections to view, beautiful courtyards, and a fabulous restaurant located on it's top floor. https://vmfa.museum
