We’re getting married!

Summer of 2021, Kirsten was invited to kayak the Sacramento River with Jessica and Morgan. None of the ladies had been before, and Kirsten decided to go another time with an actual raft. Come to find out, Jessica had a secret blind date set-up. Kirsten regretted bailing out, but made sure to get the group together to play volleyball a couple of weeks later. Only to discover her friend Alexis matched with Nathan on Bumble…determine to meet Nathan the volleyball invite was extended to Nathan by both Jessica and Alexis. Kirsten decided to just see how volleyball went, and go from there. It didn’t take long for Kirsten to tell Alexis there aren’t many good men in Redding, and being that Alexis was moving away, Kirsten wanted to talk to Nathan. Shortly after volleyball, another group date was planned to the Shasta District Fair grounds. Nathan soon made things official July 5th, 2021! Since then, there has been lots of adventures: kayaking, jet skiing, camping, hiking, skiing, snowboarding, house boating, lots of play time with the animals, and family time! After over a year full of love and fun together, Nathan decided to propose in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico August 14th, 2022 with her Father’s blessing. It did not take long before they decided July 1st, 2023 would be their wedding!
