When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Friday, August 15, 2025! To RSVP please mail back the RSVP card & return envelope that was included in our wedding invitation ensemble.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code for the wedding is black tie optional! This means you have the option to wear traditional black tie attire, an evening gown and tuxedo, or you can wear formal attire, a suit or formal dress). Men can wear a tux or a suit. Women can wear a floor-length gown or a dressy cocktail dress.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, each table will have their own waiter/waitress. They will take dinner orders once guests are seated. At this time you can inform them of any food allergies or dietary restrictions.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking both at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church & Le Chateau!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be buses that arrive at the hotel, Hotel Zero Degrees, for transportation to the reception, Le Chateau, and then transportation back to the hotel from Le Chateau at the end of the reception! The buses will arrive at Hotel Zero Degrees at 5:15 pm. The buses will leave to head to Le Chateau at 5:30 pm. Both buses will leave Le Chateau to return to Hotel Zero Degrees at 11 pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is not transportation to the ceremony, St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, from the hotel.
