Due to certain restrictions, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your FORMAL wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (NO PHONES OR CAMERAS). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We hired professionals to capture this moment for us, and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like!
We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Color options include shades of pink, orange, yellow, green, and purple. The official dress code is semi-formal; however, please wear what you feel comfortable in! Please reserve hues of blue for the wedding party. And please, do NOT wear white.
We’ll be taking care of all the drinks for the evening! There will be an open bar, so no need to bring your own, just come ready to celebrate with us! Please drink responsibly.
Smoking, including vaping, is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Please be considerate of the venue’s rules and of other guests, some of whom may have smoke sensitivities or allergies. Smoking inside the building or outside of the designated areas will result in a $2,000 cleanup fee. Heads up: Illegal substances are not allowed at the venue. If we smell it, we will handle it accordingly, which WILL include legal action. Don’t make us be the bad guys! Please note: security cameras are in place throughout the property, both inside and outside.
For the safety of all guests, the venue is equipped with security cameras throughout the property, and we’ve also hired professional security personnel for the evening. We want everyone to have a great time, but we also want to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all guests. Please celebrate responsibly; any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in being asked to leave.
Our wedding ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. Immediately following the ceremony, guests are invited to enjoy a cocktail hour on the venue grounds. This outdoor space will feature light refreshments and a few yard games to help pass the time while we capture some of our first moments as newlyweds. Afterward, we’ll transition indoors for the reception, where dinner, dancing, and celebration await.
The wedding ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive by 4:15 PM. The ceremony will start on time, and late arrivals may not be seated until a pause.
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be a 12+ event only. We appreciate your understanding as we celebrate with an older crowd.
