We’re so excited to celebrate with you!

After trekking the Pacific Crest Trail for 3 months, Mike decided to hang up his cowboy boots for snow shoes and haul his life, and Geert, halfway across the country to the Pacific Northwest. Two years later, Chelsea left the Big Apple for Rip City. While in Portland, Mike and Chelsea found each other on Match.com and never looked back. We love cooking together and experimenting with different recipes, wine tasting in the Willamette Valley, exploring the many trails of Mt Hood, and most of all, cuddling with Geert under the blankets by a raging fire. We continue to learn from each other every day as we share our texas/hawaii/city roots and grow into a true, plaid wearing, woodchopping, outdoor loving Pacific Northwest couple.

We are requiring all guests over 12 who attend our wedding to be fully vaccinated. We understand that vaccination may not be possible for all people. For everyone's safety, if you are not vaccinated, we kindly request that you do not attend. Please note that the ceremony/reception venue will require all attendees to show ID and proof of vaccination so please make sure to bring these with you. While not required, we encourage everyone to take a home test before attending. Thank you for your understanding. We love and value all of you and would like to kick off our lives together in the safest way possible for our family and friends. We are continuing to monitor the situation to see if there will be other precautions required as it gets closer.
