Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have a room block at the Hilton Garden Inn located across the river in Glastonbury - check out the "Travel" section of the site for the link to the room block, or book directly using the code "CLICOF". If you have any issues, please reach out to us and we can get it squared away!

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be transportation provided from the Hilton Garden Inn to the ceremony. At the end of the night, the shuttle will make trips at regular intervals to accommodate everyone's different bed times!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is ample parking at either the Keeney Center or behind the Webb Barn! And note, this parking is available to us overnight - in the event driving is no longer the responsible choice after the evening's festivities!

What about kids and plus ones?

Answer

While we definitely believe in the sentiment "the more the merrier", we have a very limited capacity at the barn, so only those specifically named on the invitation should attend!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! We will provide an option to let us know about any dietary restrictions during the RSVP process.

Are there other events during the weekend that I should know about?

Answer

We invite everyone to join us for a welcome reception the evening before the wedding at Elicit Brewing Company in Manchester, CT with food and drinks provided! Please note - we have not scheduled transportation for this event, but it is a quick Uber or Lyft ride from the hotel, and parking is plentiful for those driving. What is the dress code?

Answer

Garden party attire - think semi-formal but seasonal. If the weather cooperates, a good bit of the day will be spent outside, so feel free to allow your attire to reflect that. Spring colors and patterns definitely encouraged - just please avoid jeans, sneakers or t-shirts!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are! We’re registered at Honeyfund, Crate & Barrel, Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn and a handful of other miscellaneous spots. All the registry info can be found on the Registry tab on this site!

Any suggestions of fun activities to do while we're in town?

Answer

Absolutely! On Saturday there will be a Memorial Day Parade in the morning that happens to go right by our house in Old Wethersfield! If you're in the area and want to check it out, feel free to swing by - just reach out for our address! After the parade, Heirloom Market will be having their annual "Spring Fest" featuring food, drinks and local vendors. For lots of other ideas, check out the "Things to Do" section of this website - we've listed out some of our other favorite spots to check out there!

Are the venues handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes! The Keeney Center is ramp accessible in the back of the building, and has elevators. The Webb Barn is also ramp accessible.
