The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes early to be seated comfortably.

Is there a dress code for the ceremony and reception?

For our celebration, we encourage Western Elegance attire — a tasteful blend of classic formalwear with subtle Western accents. Gentlemen might consider dress shirts, tailored trousers, and boots or dress shoes, while ladies may opt for elegant dresses or ensembles with a refined, rustic touch. Please note, the wedding party will be wearing black. To maintain a harmonious look, we kindly suggest avoiding black dresses or black dress shirts. We appreciate your thoughtful consideration and look forward to celebrating together in style!

Can I bring a camera or take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask guests to refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so that our photographer can capture the moment professionally.

We love your little ones, but kindly note that this is an adult-only celebration. All guests invited have been specifically listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding and helping us create a special day for everyone.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by October 1, 2025 so we can finalize all arrangements and ensure a smooth celebration. Due to venue and catering commitments, this is a firm deadline. Unfortunately, if we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we will be unable to accommodate you at the celebration, and you will be missed dearly. We truly appreciate your understanding.

During cocktail hour, we’ll be serving a selection of delicious hors d’oeuvres to enjoy while mingling. For dinner, guests can look forward to a flavorful street taco bar featuring your choice of chicken, pork, or brisket. Sides will include chips with queso and guacamole, as well as rice and beans to complete the meal. We hope you’re as excited to eat as we are to celebrate!

We’ll have an open bar with a selection of liquor, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options including sodas, tea, and water. While it’s not fully stocked, there’s plenty to enjoy as we celebrate together. Please drink responsibly and have fun!
