Question
Where is the ceremony located?
Answer
The ceremony will be located at the Oxford Lake Park under pavilion #8. The Oxford Lake Park is located beside the Oxford Civic Center right off of I-20 and US-21. You can find the Oxford Civic Center on Google Maps. Parking is available behind the building in front of the water where the ceremony will be held.

Where is the reception located?
Answer
The reception will be held at Garfrerick's Cafe at 655 Creekside Dr C, Oxford, AL 36203. You will turn off of 21 at the Red Lobster and the venue is located behind it. Parking is available in front of the venue and as long as the other businesses around us are closed you can park in their lots as well.

Is the wedding kid friendly?
Answer
Yes! We want everyone to feel welcome so we are more than happy for your kids to join us. It is totally up to you whether you bring them or not though, so just let us know what your plans are! We are planning to have all of the kids sit together at one table for the reception and we will have coloring/activity books, crayons, and a gift bag with some treats in it!

Will there be food at the reception?
Answer
Yes! The menu is as follows: Salad and rolls will be served during the cocktail hour. Dinner will occur after the wedding party arrives and will consist of pulled pork, BBQ chicken, mac & cheese, and green beans. We will have cake for dessert.

Will there be alcohol at the reception?
Answer
We will be doing a cash bar, so be sure to bring ***CASH*** for alcohol! Beer options will be $3 and wine options will range from $5-$6. If you would like mixed drinks they will be available upon request and the price will depend on what you order. The wine that we have chosen for our toast will be free to everyone.

What is the attire?
Answer
Short Answer: Semi-formal or Dressy Casual! What this looks like for the women: dress, dressy skirt, or jumper/romper. What this looks like for the men: dress shirt with or without a blazer/jacket and slacks or nice jeans. I am wearing an ivory dress, the bridal party will be wearing burgundy, and the groomsmen will be wearing grey and navy blue. Feel free to wear any color other than solid white or ivory! It will be August in Alabama, meaning it will more than likely be hot and humid, so please take this into consideration so you are comfortable during both the ceremony and reception.

We have our Zola registry available here on our website which is mainly available for the experience options available through Zola and our honeymoon fund. Our Amazon registry is listed at the top of our registry page and is also available at the following link: https://www.amazon.com/wedding/samantha-clifton-john-hardin-oxford-august-2021/registry/A8X0OWMJ3BPJ. Our Amazon registry is our main registry for friends and family to purchase from because we were able to find a better of selection of the things we want/need and we were able to find better prices! If you are able to find items for cheaper please feel free to purchase elsewhere and just make the item as purchased so there are no unnecessary duplicates. We expect nothing and appreciate everything!
