We're getting married!

Cliff and Kayla met on Tinder, of all places. After two weeks of asking her out, she finally said yes. Their first date was at Westport Flea Market for dinner. They instantly clicked and were comfortable effortlessly. After dinner, Cliff and Kayla headed over to The Green Room, a local comedy club. He has insisted on karaoke, but Kayla refused. She was not going to embarrass herself on the first date! They enjoyed the show, laughing the entire time. The connection between Cliff and Kayla was immediate. It was as if they were instantly best friends! After that first night, they talked everyday and spent as much time together as possible. Fast forward three years and here they are- engaged!

On the anniversary of when we first met, we went to one of our favorite hangouts, OffKeyKC, to do karaoke with friends. When "Your Song" by Elton John came on, Cliff called Kayla to the stage. Despite her confusion, she obliged. When the music finished, Cliff began telling the crowd how much he loved Kayla their lives together over the past 3 years. He proclaimed "never say never!" and got down on one knee and popped the question she had been dreaming of. She screamed, shouted, and ugly cried. If you hadn't guessed it, she said "YES!!!"
