Tell us about the venue, Rainshadow Organics.
Answer
We chose Rainshadow as our venue because it's authentically Central Oregon and provides so much for our community. Rainshadow Organics is located fifteen miles Northeast of Sisters, Oregon where they have farmed and gardened for over forty years. They have a full-diet farm with dozens of varieties of certified organic vegetables, herbs, flowers, and grains on 80 acres. You'll enjoy a beautiful garden setting, farm-to-table meal, live music and a darn good time!

What about a plus one?

Given the very limited capacity of the venue, we kindly as that no additional guests attend unless they've received a direct invite from us. Thank you for understanding.

Due to the very limited capacity of the venue and that it's a working farm, we kindly request no children attend.

Where should we stay?
Answer
There are great hotel options in Sisters, OR as well as Redmond, OR. Be sure to plan ahead if you intend on imbibing and have a safe ride home via designated driver.

What is the transportation situation?
Answer
If you plan on having some drinks, please, please ensure you have a pre-arranged safe ride home. There is no guarantee any ride share services will be available but you can arrange transportation ahead of time with various car services in the area.

What is the dress code?
Answer
This is a dressy but casual event. Ladies, wear your favorite sundress! Gents, feel free to wear nice jeans and a button up - no need for a tie unless you want to wear one. Bring your dancin' shoes or boots! We will have a live band to help us celebrate into the night. The weather in Central Oregon can be quite warm in September but the evenings get chilly so plan to pack a light jacket or hoodie to warm up if needed.

Since 2019, Rainshadow's award-winning in-house chefs have helped turn Rainshadow from an organic garden paradise to a Central Oregon culinary destination. The farm-to-table kitchen invites you to join them for our one-of-a-kind Long-Table Dinners serving dishes entirely comprised of Rainshadow grown ingredients that have been masterfully crafted into multiple course menus by our in-house chef. The food is going to be amazing, as will the company!
