Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than April 08, 2025 by texting Sarah or Cleve. This is to allow us to adjust our vendors accordingly. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume you are unable to attend.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

As we are trying to keep this an intimate event, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitations. Thank you for your understanding.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we have decided to have our wedding day as an adult-only event with the exception of our flower girl and ring bearer that will be there for the ceremony. Please take this opportunity to have a date-night.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Both! The ceremony will be outdoors but the reception is indoors.

What time should I be there?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4 PM. Please aim to be present at least 30 minutes before then. There is a garden you can walk through and a shop should you be here by 3 PM.

Is there a registry?

Answer

The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, should you wish to contribute to our honeymoon funds, we will be doing a money dance and a toonie bar.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony (no phones or cameras). You will be given the opportunity to take pictures before the ceremony starts, but we would love to see your faces and not devices once we receive our wedding gallery. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you want.

Is there guest parking?

Answer

Yes! There are designated parking spots in the venue. We are strong advocates for safety; please arrange your transportation if you are planning on alcohol consumption. Overnight parking is allowed.

Is there a designated smoking area?

Answer

Yes. Please note smoking is only permitted outdoors, and be mindful of those around you.
