Are kids welcome?

Answer

We respectfully request no children under 16 at the wedding. Take the night off and leave the little ones at home!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would like our guests in cocktail/semi-formal attire. Think suits or nice dresses. No jeans, sneakers, or white dresses please!

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place indoors at The Cheney Place in Grand Rapids. There is an elevator to take guests upstairs for cocktail hour, if needed.

Where should guests park at the venue?

Answer

There is free street parking and free parking behind the venue as well. Guests may leave their cars in the lot overnight.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate named guests on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

What is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

The deadline to RSVP is July 29th. If you need to make changes to your RSVP, please contact us directly!

Are there accommodations nearby?

Yes, we have reserved blocks of rooms at Embassy Suites by Hilton Grand Rapids. Use the link in our Travel tab to get a discount.

We’re having an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly ask guests to keep phones and cameras tucked away until after.
