Walk around our favorite part of town and explore the shops and restaurants. Food & Beveregino: Schoolhouse, Tap & dough, Lloyd's (sammys), Bluegrass, Denver Beer Co, Flights Wine Cafe Desserts: Scrumptions, Rheinlander Coffee: Dolce Vita, Hunter Bay Socks: Sock. (literally what it's called) Books: Book Cranny (for the academics)
Beaver Brook Trail from Windy Saddle Park
We went on this hike for our second date and its also where Jimmy proposed! Beautiful scenic drive and hike. Its an out and back hike so hike as far as you want then turn around and go back to Golden for a celebratory beer (we suggest Buffalo Rose).
Clear Creek Trail
Great path to walk or rent a tube and float down the river

If you get to town early or are staying late after the wedding we recommend venturing through Rocky Mountain National Park on trail ridge road. You'll pop out of the national park in our favorite town of Grand Lake! Rent a boat and have a great summer day.
