Holiday Inn Shuttle Time: Holiday Inn to Wedding Ceremony (Searles Castle) - 4:20PM Shuttle Pickup Location - Front of Holiday Inn *There is only 1 shuttle, it is a school bus and will have a sign that says Clegg & Hansen Wedding. Please be on time or you will miss the only shuttle* Marriott (The Artisan at Tuscan Village) Shuttle Time: Marriott Hotel to Wedding Ceremony (Searles Castle) - 4:10PM Shuttle Pickup Location - Large back parking lot of hotel *There is only 1 shuttle, it is a coach bus and will have a sign that says Clegg & Hansen Wedding. Please be on time or you will miss the only shuttle* After Reception: Shuttle 1 & Shuttle 2: Pickup Time - 10:30PM Shuttle 1 & Shuttle 2: 1st Stop - 10:45PM at Holiday Inn Shuttle 1 & Shuttle 2: 2nd Stop - 10:55PM at after party (Tavern in the Square - across the street from the Marriott) Returning to Holiday Inn: Pickup location: After party (Marriott Parking lot - across the street from Tavern in the Square) Pickup Time - 1:00AM Shuttle (school bus) Final Stop - 1:15AM at Holiday Inn *Please note buses will arrive approximately 5-10 minutes before final departure times listed above*

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 4:30PM-4:45:PM. The official ceremony start time is 5:00PM. If you arrive after 5:00PM, unfortunately you will not be seated and will miss the ceremony.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for the evening (Cocktail dresses and jumpsuits, suits and ties.) Wear whatever color you would like, but please no white dresses.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, we really do! However, we respectfully request no children on this night. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night!

Can I bring a +1?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one it will be addressed on your invitation.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, drinks are on us! Bartenders will have tip jars out, so please plan accordingly if you'd like to leave a tip.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors on the castle grounds. The cocktail hour will be a mix of indoors and outdoors and you will be able to explore the castle. The reception will be under a covered outdoor tent.
