Are kids welcome?

While we love your kids, we’ve decided to have an adults-only celebration. Thank you for making arrangements.

How Do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP via our wedding website. Simply click on the RSVP tab, enter your name, and indicate your attendance. Please RSVP no later than June 30.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We request that all guests wear semi-formal attire.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 20–30 minutes before the ceremony start time. Guests will need to take a short shuttle ride to the ceremony location so please plan your arrival accordingly.

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

We are planning for an outdoor ceremony on grass so please dress accordingly. If the weather does not cooperate, the ceremony will take place indoors. The reception will be held indoors.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes. You can park in the Stonebrooke Golf Club parking lot. If you choose to leave your car overnight, it must be removed by 12pm the following day.

Are there accommodations nearby?

Answer

Yes, there are several hotel options in the area. Please see the Travel tab for hotels where we have reserved room blocks for our guests.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Shuttles will be available to and from the Holiday Inn Express and Fairfield by Marriott Inn. More details are available in the Travel section.
