FAQs

The Wedding Website of Clea Davis and Beau Freeman
Question

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The Greenery in Amite, Louisiana, so you won’t have to travel between locations—we’ll celebrate the whole evening in one beautiful place.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony begins at 6:30 PM, but we kindly ask guests to arrive about 15 minutes early to get seated and enjoy the garden setting before everything begins.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Garden Party Chic: We recommend a dressy, summery style—midi and maxi dresses, floral or pastel looks, and light suits or dress shirts. Please no jeans, shorts, or casual wear. We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white, cream, or similar shades. We cannot wait for you to dress up with us!

Question

When is the rsvp deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by 03/09/2025 so we can finalize details with our vendors and ensure everything is perfect for you.

Question

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Your presence is truly the greatest gift. For those who have asked, we’ve created a registry with items to help us settle into our new home and create a cozy space for hosting the friends and family we love. You’ll find it under the “Registry” tab.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

We love the little ones in our lives, but we’ve chosen to keep our celebration mostly adults-only so our guests can relax and enjoy an evening off. A few children who are part of the bridal party or have a specific role in the day will be attending. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to reach out to the bride or groom directly. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

How do I rsvp?

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab on the top of the website at any time! Instructions are posted on the tab. If you have any trouble please reach out to Clea directly. Please be sure to RSVP before 03/09/2026 so we can get an accurate head count to our vendors.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away during the ceremony. We’ve invested in professionals to capture every moment beautifully, and we want our guests to be fully present with us rather than behind a screen. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take all the photos and videos you’d like during the reception! Thank you so much for understanding and helping us keep the moment intimate and distraction-free.

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accomodated. If you received a plus one they will appear when you RSVP.
