Question

May I bring my children?

Answer

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, meaning we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 16. Thank you for understanding and helping us create the atmosphere we envision for our day.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to ensure everyone is seated and comfortable. The doors will close 10 minutes before the ceremony and, out of respect for the moment, guests arriving after that time will unfortunately not be able to enter until after the ceremony concludes. Thank you for helping us keep this part of the day uninterrupted and meaningful. We will send a reminder before the day of the wedding to give exact times when doors will be open and closed to ensure everyone is well informed!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are enforcing a Black Tie Black dress code. This means formal black attire only. Please refrain from wearing other colors, jeans, shorts, tank tops, or casual clothing. Thank you for helping us create a beautiful, cohesive look for the evening.

Do I need to book a room at the hotel?

Answer

Not at all! While the wedding is being held at a hotel, guests are not required to stay overnight. You’re welcome to book a room if it’s convenient, but it’s entirely optional.

May I take pictures or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

For our ceremony, we kindly ask that all guests put away phones and cameras. We want everyone to be fully present in the moment, and we’ve hired an incredible team of photographers and videographers to capture everything beautifully. We truly prefer not to interrupt the moment by asking guests to put their devices down. Your cooperation means the world to us and ensures the ceremony flows without interruptions.

May I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the intimate nature of our wedding, we’re unable to extend invitations beyond those listed on the invite. We look forward to celebrating this special day with the people who are already an important part of our lives.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! Our celebration will take place across three beautiful spaces at the hotel: Lakeside Garden for the ceremony. Ballroom for the reception. Disco Inferno for the after-party. All locations are within the same hotel, making it easy for guests to move between each part of the evening.

Who can I contact if I have questions on the day of the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding planner will be available to help with any day-of questions. We’ll also share additional points of contact before the wedding so guests have someone to reach out to while the bride, groom, and wedding party are getting ready.

Will foods and drinks be served?

Answer

Yes! A cocktail hour, full dinner, cake, and an open bar will all be provided. Please note that during the after-party, the open bar package will include a two-drink limit per guest. If you have any questions or dietary needs, feel free to let us know.
