Clayton’s aunt sent him a picture of Elizabeth with the caption “she’s single.” Seeing how beautiful she was, Clayton decided that he should reach out. The first message was sent on October 3, 2022, after Elizabeth posted about a night out with friends at a Red’s game. When the couple had chatted through text and FaceTime for about a month, he decided it was time to officially meet in person. He flew up to Cincinnati from Florida, they spent the weekend getting to know each other better, and very shortly were already dreaming about their future together. Clayton proposed on September 26, 2023. Both shocked and giggling Elizabeth said yes! The wedding is set for April 13, 2024 and they could not be any more excited to begin their life together!
