We're Getting Married

After the very first date in April 2019 Shannon gushed to her friends that she just "met her future husband." Over the course of dating, the love and friendship continued to grow over 2 years and they realized that they completed each other. The cliché of soulmates cannot help but to be used when describing their love; they are truly inseparable. Clayton and Shannon often use the term smitten; smitten in love. An engagement soon occurred in June 2021 while hiking the Alum Cave Trail in the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. Clayton got down on one knee at the most picturesque point and promised forever. Shannon could not contain her excitement and jumped in joy as onlookers cheered and Shannon joyously accepted! We cannot wait for you all to join us as we officially become wedded and begin this next chapter! See "Yinz" all soon!
