Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please respond by August 16th, 2026, so that we can finalize arrangements that have been made with our venue and vendors. This helps us for when things start to pick back up in the fall for school.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those specifically named on the formal invitation. If your invitation is addressed to you “and guest,” you are welcome to bring a plus one. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you.

What kind of alcohol will be there?

Answer

This is a STOCK THE BAR type of wedding! Beer, champagne, wine and two speciality drinks will be at the event. Only beer and hard seltzers in cans can be used. NO glass containers. If you plan to bring alcohol, make sure you bring it to the bride or groom BEFORE four hours before the event to give to the bartender. NO alcohol is to be consumed in the parking lot.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Absolutely! When completing your RSVP through Zola, you’ll see a comment section where you can note any allergies. Please list your specific allergy and we’ll be in touch to arrange an alternative, allergy-friendly option so you can enjoy the celebration worry-free.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We do have a couple registries that we have partnered with: Zola, Amazon, Target, and Farmer's Daughter Market in McGehee. Facebook is where you will find our Farmer's Daughter Market registry. All other registries are found online on their website.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive 15 to 30 minutes early to ensure everyone is seated and ready before the ceremony starts.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a gravel parking lot that you are able to park in. We do have shuttle service that will come and take you to the venue from your car.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please visit the “Travel” tab on our wedding website to find hotel information and directions. If you want to stay in a hotel that serves alcoholic beverages, then the Courtyard by Marriot in Conway is where you will want to look into!

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

The ceremony will take place under a beautiful rustic pavilion with shade so that you won't get too hot. The reception will be indoors next door to the pavilion so its within a less than five minute walk to cool down and enjoy the party!
