Question

What If I Cannot Attend?

Answer

If you cannot make it to our ceremony, please indicate your regrets when you RSVP so that we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending," but find that you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. We will miss you!!

Is there a dress code at our CEREMONY?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We kindly ask that you wear cocktail/formal attire in the color black, with the exception of men’s white/ivory dress shirts. Ladies may wear any length dress, pantsuit, skirt suit, or jumpsuit of their choice in the color black. Men may wear any style tux or suit of their choice. Minimal time outside with heaters may occur, and is weather dependent, so please bring outerwear as appropriate for the season.

Are Children Invited?

Answer

We love and adore your children, but we have opted to make both our wedding & reception “adults-only” events. We hope you will take this opportunity to enjoy a special night out to celebrate with us!

Can I Bring a Plus One?

Answer

Due to limited venue space, we unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding!

What Time Should I Arrive At The Ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 20 minutes early to sign our guest book, grab a beverage, find your seat and be ready to celebrate on time! Guests who arrive late will unfortunately not be able to be seated once the processional begins. There will be a coordinator to guide guests and assist with any logistic inquiries they may have at the venue.

Will The Ceremony Be Indoors?

Answer

Given the general time of year, most if not all, events (including ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner) will be inside on the second floor of the Grant Street Loft. There is a covered balcony with heaters that may be utilized for a short period of time if weather is warm. Stairs and an elevator will be available for use.

Where Should I Stay?

Answer

Tru by Hilton and the Springhill Suites are suggested hotels within relatively close proximity to our ceremony venue. As other lodging options become available, we will make sure to update this section! (i.e., air bnb, VRBO, bed and breakfast)

Will There Be Transportation Provided?

Answer

In order to keep everyone safe, we will be providing transportation from the venue back to lodging at the conclusion of the ceremony events at 8pm. Please specify if you will need transportation services, and if applicable, which lodging option you selected, on this website so that we can make sure everyone is accounted for appropriately. Please check back here for a formal transportation schedule in the future!

Will There Be Parking Available At The Venue

Answer

There is plenty of free parking available for our guests who wish to drive to and from to the Grant Street Loft. If you have been drinking, we ask that you please take the provided shuttle or use a ride-share service (can be hit-or-miss in our area) to ensure you get back safely.

How do I book my airfare/travel?

Answer

We are fortunate to be partnering with a travel agent, Renee Brink from UniQuest, to assist you with booking your airfare and/or resort accommodations! We kindly request you book your ROOM ACCOMMODATIONS directly through her, as she is the liaison between us and the resort. We have blocked many rooms to provide options, ranging from single to multi-person occupancy. She is also able to schedule airport-hotel transportation, as well as airfare if desired, however, AIRFARE booking with Renee is optional. Her phone number for contact is (717)263-5330.

Is the resort all-inclusive?

Answer

The Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun does have all-inclusive resort packages available. Our travel agent, Renee Brink, is able to assist with booking.

Is there a dress code for our RECEPTION?

Answer

Cocktail/Semi-Formal Beach attire. Because of the tropical location of our reception, we encourage you to wear any fun colors/patterns! Because of the chance that the weather may be warm, sports coats or blazers are not required, but may be worn if preferred. Collared polo shirts or collared button down shirts in light, breathable fabrics are also encouraged. No shorts please. Women may wear whatever dresses, skirts, or jumpsuits that are preferred while avoiding shorts.
