Are children allowed?

Answer

Although we love our little ones, we would like this event to be for the adults and those specified on your invitation. Think of this event as a date night! Time to pick a nice outfit, enjoy dinner, and let loose during the festivities!

Where is the wedding being held?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception are both being held at Brenwood Lake Weddings. The address is 245 Log Cabin Dr., Stanly, VA 22851.

When are RSVPs due?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP by June 1, 2026. This will allow us to ensure our vendors receive the attendance information needed for every person to have a wonderful time.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family! Due to venue and capacity limits, we are only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. We kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests unless they were specifically invited. Thank you!

What food will be served?

We will be serving a buffet-style meal with a variety of dishes to suit different tastes. If you require a vegetarian or vegan option, just indicate such on your RSVP- we want everyone to enjoy the meal!

We are excited to offer three signature alcoholic drinks that reflect some of our favorite flavors! In addition, we will have many non-alcoholic options available. Cheers!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony starts at 4:30 pm sharp! We recommend arriving by 4:15 so you have time to park, find your seat, and get comfortable before we begin. We are so excited to see you there!

Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away during the ceremony. We are having an "unplugged" ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us in the moment. Do not worry- our photographer will capture everything, and we cannot wait to share the photos with you!
