If you don't see something on our registry, there's a good chance we already have it or don't have a need for it. Please feel free to ask us!
Please arrive no later than 12:45pm. Please allow yourself extra time to park and find your seat. The ceremony will be upstairs inside The Academy and will start at 1:00pm.
We would love to accommodate all children, however due to strict venue limitations we ask you not to bring any children that are not included with your invitation / RSVP. Because of this, there will be no child care provided, and no additional seats held.
As much as we would love to have everyone, we have a strict guest count limit, and are unable to accommodate having additional guests. We ask that you refrain from bringing any additional guests that are not listed within your invitation.
Yes, there is a parking lot located next to the venue. The lot is open parking on the weekends, so you are allowed park in the spots that say “Reserved”. Parking in the venue’s lot is free. Additionally, there is a library across the street from the venue that also has a parking lot.
We will have two very experienced photographers capturing our day. Additionally, we'd like to be in the moment with you and see your wonderful faces instead of your phones. So, we kindly ask that phones and cameras remain out of sight until the ceremony has ended. We will happily share our professional images with you after the wedding! Thank you in advance for your understanding – we are so excited to share this special moment with you! You can take as many photos as you'd like after the ceremony is over!
After the ceremony, the bride and groom and their immediate families will be taking pictures with the photographers. The remaining guests will head downstairs to the reception hall, where food and drinks will be available. The bride and groom will do their signing and then will make their grand entrance. The reception will end at around 6pm, after the bride and groom have made their grand exit. Cleanup will begin after the grand exit. We ask that you please clean up after yourself, to make the cleaning process easier for our friends and family that are cleaning up the venue at the end.
We are providing alcohol and will have a bartender. It will be an open bar, and our bartender does accept tips! Please do not bring your own alcohol; it will not be accepted!!! Additionally, the bartender will check every single person's ID and will refuse service if needed.
Yes! Our wedding will be catered by The Old Spaghetti Factory. Additionally, there will be mini cupcakes served after the cake cutting. Please let us know if you have any food restrictions or allergies that you are concerned about for the wedding!
We decided to avoid adding cash funds to our registry because a percentage is taken from the site. We will have a place for cards and additional gifts the day of our wedding, you are also welcome to send cards to our return address, and will have our Venmo posted if you would like to send "cash". We appreciate any and all that can be given!
It will be cold and possibly rainy. Please drive safely, especially if it rains! Our ceremony and reception will be held indoors.
