Ceremony

Garden Attire: Wear sundresses, floral prints, and suits in lighter hues. Please keep in mind the wedding is outdoors and you will be walking on natural surfaces.
To create the atmosphere we've envisioned, our ceremony will be a standing ceremony with limited seating available. If you require a seat for any reason, please let us know in advance so we can ensure accommodations are available for you. We plan for the ceremony to begin at 1:00 PM so we ask that you please plan to arrive between 12:30 - 12:45 PM as the walk to the ceremony location is about five minutes. Parking will be marked at the bottom of the driveway along Route 123. Signs will be posted throughout to mark the proper path to the ceremony.
Mosey over to the Reception

Please take this time to relax and make your way up the road to the Butterfield house for lawn games, mingling and light appetizers. Butterfield (reception) is approximately one mile up the road from Cold Spring Pond (ceremony). You are welcome to walk or carpool over—we will do our best to shuttle people and control the chaos!

Following the ceremony, we ask that guests make their way to Butterfield. Light appetizers will be served shortly after 2 PM. Please find your assigned tables and be seated no later than 3:30 PM so we can begin the introductions and reception festivities. A note regarding our meal - this will be served family style with multiple options. If you require vegetarian/vegan or have an allergy we should be aware of, please let us know where prompted to.
