Kindly RSVP by the 30th of August. This ensure an accurate head count for our venue and vendors. You can RSVP by mail, the website or to us directly. If we haven't received your RSVP by the specified date we will assume you are not able to attend and will mark you as " not attending".
The ceremony will begin punctually at 6 o'clock in the evening. Pleased arrive no later then 5:30pm.

Yes! Parking is available near the venue. The parking lot is paved with gravel on top, for those with mobility issues.
Our dress code is Black Tie. With women in black floor length gowns or black suits and the men in tux with black ties/ bowties. We wanted our guest to have a chance to dress up! Most of us haven't had a good reason to wear our formal dresses / tux since prom. So find the most flattering black floor length dress or get fitted for a sharp looking tux and be ready for a fun night of celebration and dancing!

We will be supplying alcohol and have bartending services who will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages on the premise.
Of course! We will have an open bar for the first portion of our night. It will then transition to a cash bar as the evening progresses.
