Question
What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat. Since the ceremony is on the beach, shoes are optional.
Question
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Ceremony will be held on the beach and the reception will be held in the ballroom of the hotel.

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour.

What should I do if I can’t make it?
Answer
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We would love for your kids to join in on the celebration. However, we do ask that your children are presentable and on their best behavior.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?
Answer
Please RSVP by 08/30/2019! You can RSVP on our website or through the evite link that will be sent to you.
Question
Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?
Answer
Beach wheelchairs are available at a $86 rate plus sales tax and a delivery fee of $36.
Question
Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?
Answer
We are offering a buffet style menu, mainly consisted of seafood. A limited non-seafood option will be available as well. We will also have a cash bar available to our guest.

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?
Answer
No transportation will be provided. Please try to make arrangements to attend the celebration.
Question
May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?
Answer
Please consult with Ashley or Shannon after the reception about taking centerpieces.
Question
Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
Answer
Out of respect for both brides, we ask that any photos or videos taken during the ceremony or reception be withheld from being shared on social media or otherwise until 9/28/19. Please be mindful of camera flashes, as to not interfere with the professional pictures and video that will be capturing our special day. Please use our wedding hashtag #claynomore when posting pictures and videos to ensure we're aware of these precious memories.
