Flight
If you are flying to our wedding we recommend flying into Charleston International Airport (CHS). From here you can either rent a car or order a ride-share pickup like Uber to drive you out to Kiawah. The drive is about 45 minutes. Please note, once out at Kiawah there are no rides shares/Ubers.
Hotel
Below are the details for booking accommodations under our wedding room block at The Villas at Kiawah Island Golf Resort. Group rates will be available two days before and after the event dates. We have reserved a mix of one, two and three-bedroom villas. Reservations may be arranged by telephone by calling the Kiawah Island Golf Resort 1-866-763-5056 for assistance with group reservations. Please tell the agent you are booking as a part of the “Sharma-Riemenschneider Wedding" or using code 336. Online: Please note the discount code will not be automatically or immediately applied. Please type the discount code: "Sharma-Riemenschneider Wedding" in the comments section and the appropriate discount will be applied after reservations manually links your reservation to our wedding block. The deadline for making reservations is February 20, 2026 or until the room block is fully committed. Reservations made after this date will be filled at a space-and-rate available basis. The Resort anticipates high occupancy levels over our weekend. We recommend making reservations for golf, dining, and bicycles in advance. Should you be interested in different accommodations, Kiawah offers villas ranging from 1-4 bedrooms, private homes, and accommodations at The Sanctuary Hotel. If you would like to book alternate accommodations, you will receive 10% off the published online rate when referencing the group name or code.

The Sanctuary is the island's luxury oceanfront hotel delivering Forbes Five-Star service and unequaled accommodations. While our room block is reserved for the villas on the island, guests are also welcome to stay at The Sanctuary.
