Our Love Story
In 2018, Clay and Rachel moved into their dorms at Southeast Missouri State University. Their rooms were both on the twelfth floor of Towers North. Living at opposite ends of the hall, they were strangers. Rachel decided to make the first move and spark a conversation in 2019. After chatting, they lightly kept in touch over the years.
In September of 2021, Clay and Rachel went on their first date. They ate dinner at Port Cape and got ice cream from Sugar Chic. On October 3, 2021, they decided to make their relationship official!
Clay and Rachel have an undeniable connection and a relationship that's full of laughter. Their time together has been filled with frequent late-night ice cream trips, incredible vacations throughout the US—including New York and Las Vegas—and hilarious memories with their cat, Maple. They cannot wait to tie the knot and have their loved ones celebrating their union as husband and wife!
