Please gather near the front of the hotel. A shuttle service will transport everyone down to the Pavilion for the welcome party and back at the end. Please do not drive down to the Pavilion, there is no parking available.

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
Best western guests will have a shuttle provided at a 4:15p departure for the ceremony. Return trips to the hotel start at 9p and end at 2a.
