FAQs

Have a question that you don't see listed? Reach out to Maggie or Clay directly!
Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

Keep it casual! No need for the formal dresses or suits (unless that's your thing). Shorts, jeans, or t-shirts are all okay. There will be opportunities for hiking in the woods or walking around the park, so comfortable shoes (like sneakers or hiking boots) are recommended.

Question

Are you actually getting married on May 23?

Answer

Not technically! Clay and Maggie will have a small, private ceremony with immediate family on May 22. Our reception on May 23 is a chance for us to celebrate with everyone, without the pressure of the big day.

Question

What if I'm not outdoorsy?

Answer

No worries! There is no pressure or need to participate in any of the CAMP activities (although we hope you will!). You are more than welcome to just enjoy the time in the pavilion with others.

Question

What if I'm really outdoorsy and want to do more?

Answer

Sounds great! After lunch, you are welcome to stay in Patapsco Park as long as you want (well, until sunset, when the park closes). Clay and Maggie will be doing more activities that you are welcome to participate in or explore the many trails that McKeldin has to offer.
