We met at a new teacher orientation in September of 2019, both nervous about starting our first year of teaching. Seated next to each other, we quickly bonded over shared stories. What began as small talk turned into long conversations about teaching, life, and everything in between. As the school year went on, we realized that what we shared was more than just a profession—it was a deep connection that grew stronger every day. The life that we are building together is something we’re endlessly grateful for — full of laughter, strength, and love that feels like home. We’ve grown side by side, supporting each other through every high and low, and finding something beautiful in every season. As we look toward forever, our hearts are filled with love and gratitude.
