Question
Will there be transportation throughout the weekend?
Answer
Yes - shuttle service to and from Saturday's events will be available. Please see schedule below. Free parking is available at the Newport Beach House on Friday and complimentary valet parking will be available at Castle Hill Inn. Transportation Schedule (Please arrive 10 minutes before departure time): Middletown Pick Up: 3:30pm Hampton Inn 3:45pm Homewood Suites Newport Pick Up: 3:30pm Newport Marriott (guests from the Brenton) 3:45pm Red Parrot Roundabout (guests staying in Newport) 4pm Guest Arrival 10:30pm Leaving from Castle Hill Inn, returning to above hotels

What is the dress code for the wedding?
Answer
Black-Tie Optional. For men, tuxedos or formal suit and tie. For ladies, long dresses (ankle or floor length) are preferred, colors are encouraged! Please note, the bridal party will be wearing sage green. While this is a formal event, we want everyone to feel comfortable! Please keep in mind that the venue is located on the water and ocean breezes will be expected.

What is the dress code for the Welcome Dinner?
Answer
Cocktail attire. Suits or pants and jackets for guys, and cocktail dresses or jumpsuits for ladies.

When should I book my hotel/stay?
Answer
We cannot encourage you enough to book as soon as possible! It is common for people to book one year in advance in Newport. Once the summer season begins in May, prices rise significantly. Some hotels may require a 3 night minimum stay given the holiday weekend, however, many only require a 2 night stay.

When should I plan to arrive?
Answer
All guests are invited to the Welcome Dinner on Friday August 29th and the Wedding on Saturday August 30th. Please plan accordingly. We would love to see you at both!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Answer
Your invitation will specify if you can bring a guest. While we would love to accommodate everyone, our venue has a strict capacity limit.

Are children invited?
Answer
Although we would love to have children at our wedding, we have decided that only immediate family children will be in attendance. Thank you for understanding!
Question
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors on a grass lawn. The reception will be held under a permanent tent structure with paved floors.
