Around the start of the ceremony (3:30 PM), temperatures are typically in the low to mid-70s°F, and by the evening they often cool to the low-60s or even high-50s°F by the end of the night. Warm-weather attire will likely be comfortable for the ceremony, but you may want to bring a light jacket, wrap, or sweater for later in the evening if you tend to get cold. Heaters will also be available to keep everyone comfortable.
