Question

What COVID-19 precautions are you taking?

Answer

We are respectfully asking guests to provide either proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test that was taken within 5 days of the wedding day. To ensure we are in compliance with regulations, an attendant will check in each guest upon arrival to verify that the above requirements have been met. Masks and hand sanitizer will be available to all guests. We will also be providing social distancing wristbands so guest can easily communicate how comfortable they are with person to person interactions (ex. "I'm good with hugs" vs. "Please keep your distance") We care about you and your families so we want to make our wedding as safe as possible. We thank you for taking these additional steps to protect the health of our loved ones.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do, but we want our wedding to be your night off! Adults only please!

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have a couple rooms blocked off at the Hampton Inn in Hoffman Estates. Reservations must be made by April 8th, 2022. Please see the travel tab on our website for more information.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Since the hotel no longer provides a shuttle, Clay & I decided to set up a shuttle for those staying at the Hampton Inn. First pick up should be around 4:30pm. Please keep in mind that the ceremony starts at 5:30pm!

I have a food allergy or dietary restrictions, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly.
