What’s the attire?

What will we do during the break between the CEREMONY and RECEPTION?

Answer

After the ceremony, everyone will walk out of the Music Hall room into the hallway/lobby of the hotel where horderves and drinks will be provided. There will be a 45 minute intermission before the reception.

Where is the reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be in the same room so that is why the intermission will be in the lobby of the hotel. The hotel crew will be "flipping" the room for 45 minutes, so we kindly ask that no one goes into the Music Hall after the ceremony.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 15-30 minutes early in order to get good parking/or valet. Also, please consider traffic on a Friday afternoon. The doors will open 15 minutes before the wedding starts at 5 PM.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP on our website no later than February 15, 2018.

Will there be a shuttle to and from my hotel?

Answer

If you are not staying at the Hotel Galvez, then there is Lyft available to take you back to your hotel. If you are staying at the Four Points hotel or Hyatt, then you can walk to and from the Hotel Galvez.

Is there rooms blocked for The Hotel Galvez?

Answer

No, but there is a 10% discount code to use if you'd like to stay there and you can find it on the "Travel" section of our website.

Can I take pictures and post them?

Answer

YES! Please take as many pictures and post them with the hashtag "#AisleBeANyberg" We do ask that you do not take pictures in the aisle when the bride is walking down the aisle.
