Maid of Honor
Katie is Sydney's sister and ride-or-die. Throughout their childhood, they were inseparable, acting out every single thing they saw, playing dollhouse, and making crafts. Today, they share the brightest moments and their darkest secrets, preferably over a good meal, quality cup of coffee, cheesy movie, or during an unintentional sleepover. Sydney appreciates Katie's unconditional love and support that boosts her good days and catches her on the bad ones.
Co-Best Man
Since becoming a Christian in 2017, Clay and Nate have served together and been each other’s right hand man. Outside of ministry, their friendship remains a constant source of inspiration and fun. Nate consistently encourages Clay to be a better man through his love for people and his work ethic. While Nate encourages Clay to care more, Clay encourages Nate to care less. Without Nate, Clay would not be in the position to love his wife as Christ loved the church.
Man of Honor
Joseph is Sydney's brother and lifelong buddy. Despite their strong opinions (which led to some wrestling matches in their childhood), the two share a deep love for each other. Sydney appreciates that Joseph is always there for her with a gentle strength in both the best and worst of times. The two have bonded through laughter, tears, drives, many food and coffee dates, baseball games, and Super Mario Bros rounds (where he carries the team, obviously).
Co-Best Man
Matt has been Clay’s best friend for almost 15 years and Clay is unable to imagine what life would look like without him. A large staple of their friendship has been their love of video games. Clay and Matt game with each other often, which has facilitated a deep friendship. While gaming, the two can, at any time, buckle in for a serious conversation. Clay is considered a part of Matt’s family, so in a way, Matt is one of Clay’s brothers.

Sarah is one of Sydney's best friends. Their relationship is a long one that blossomed from coffee dates at Futures every Friday morning. You can still find them at coffee shops, Trader Joe's, Farmington Station, or driving through a Dutch Bros. Groomsman
Griffin is Clay’s youngest brother. They have a close relationship and they’ve bonded over Fantasy Football, Video Games, Movies, and deep discussions. Clay tries his best to be a good brother by asking questions about Griffin’s personal life and Griffin tries to be a good brother by listening to Clay’s rants. They are not just brothers in a relational sense, but they are brothers in every sense of the word.
Bridesmaid
Eva is one of Sydney's best friends. The two bonded over long conversations, random drives and weekend adventures. A couple of Sydney's favorite memories with Eva include a very memorable trip to San Diego when they were first becoming friends and being a bridesmaid in Eva's wedding last year. Sydney admires Eva's inclusivity, selflessness, listening ear and ability to ask amazing questions.
Groomsman
Like Woody and Buzz Lightyear, but they’re both Buzz. Shrek and Donkey, but they’re both Donkey. Lightning McQueen and Mater, but both are Mater. Clay and Graham in one room is a dangerous combination if you’re adverse to fun. Their love for impersonations and silly voices created a friendship, but it’s their respect and love for one another that sustains it! Clay is continually left inspired by Graham’s meticulousness and creativity in all aspects of life.
Bridesmaid
Renae is one of Sydney's best friends. The two first connected doing music for youth group together. Today, they co-lead their young adults group and coordinate all the worship for it. Renae and Sydney's relationship has deepened over the past year and they've shared many tears, laughs, hugs, and adventures together. Sydney admires Renae's warm and spunky energy (& tight hug) that never fails to make everyone feel seen and special.
Groomsman
"Moved to Utah as a gift from God to give me cheap rent!” is how Clay first saw Jake. Fortunately, that’s not all that he became in Clay’s life! Time and time again Clay was amazed at Jake’s ability to speak encouragement into the lives of those around him. While living together, "roommate" quickly became a term that didn’t fit; Clay and Jake were brothers. Jake had challenged Clay to go out of his comfort zone, whether that was through learning to hammock or gleaning wisdom on how to encourage the people he cared about. Today, Clay sees Jake as “A gift from God to help me in kindness, gentleness, and self-control”.
Junior Bridesmaid
Skyla is Clay's sister and someone dear to Sydney (whom she's excited to officially be related to). Sydney appreciates Skyla's kindness to those around her and her desire to get to know the people around her.
Junior Bridesmaid
Annie is Clay's sister and someone dear to Sydney (whom she's excited to officially be related to). Clay appreciates how outspoken Annie is and Sydney admires Annie's love for those around her and the passion she feels toward life and those around her.
Ring Bearer & Flower Girl
Josh and Ava are Sydney's adopted nephew and niece (her childhood friend/brother-from-another-mother's children). Adopting them before they were even born and throwing Josh's baby shower, she's been invested in their entire lives. She looks back fondly at all the flights she took to OKC to spend time with them as well as the memories they have from Josh & Ava's visits to Utah. Sydney commonly refers to them as her "kids" and admires Joshua's friendliness and gentleness and Ava's spunk and excitement.
