Can't come to Austin without some world-renowned bbq. Close to the venue and hotels. There's also a winery with cellars and a tasting room on the property.
Located directly next to the Sleep Inn & Suites (hotel block) and Flores Mexican Restaurant.
Located next to Deep Eddy Tasting room and the hotel block. Serves tex-mex and a dangerous drink called the Florita ;)
This is a bar district in downtown Austin that is full of cute houses converted into bars and restaurants, with live music and food trucks. Our favorite spot on Rainey is a German place called Bangers that hosts the largest beer garden in Texas along with authentic sausages and weekend brunch.
The 9-hole, par-3 course has real grass greens with holes that are unique, fun and easy to play. Typical play time under 2 hours. No tee times- it is first come, first play and BYOB. Located in a really fun area in Austin close to restaurants, bars, parks, and shopping.
This is Anna's and Clay's favorite Austin brewery. You gotta try the Hefeweizen (even if you don't come here, order the Live Oak Hefeweizen wherever you venture to in Austin). It is close to the airport and hosts a disc golf course as well.
