We recommend that you arrive at least 15-20 minutes before our 4:30pm ceremony time. This gives you enough time to find a seat and gives us enough time to be on schedule.
Yes! There will be a shuttle from the hotel to the ceremony, as well as from the reception back to the hotel at the end of the night. Anyone is welcome to ride the shuttle, even if you are not staying at the hotel. The following are the shuttle times: 4:00PM- Shuttle departs to head to the venue, arriving at 4:15PM. 8:00PM- First shuttle heads back to the hotel 9:00PM- Shuttle heads back to the hotel 10:00PM- Shuttle heads back to the hotel 12:00PM- Final shuttle heads back to hotel
While we love kids, this will be an adult only event. We ask that your children stay at home and you enjoy a night out with us!
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally addressed on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will appear on your invitation after your name, and when you RSVP on our website.
Yes, free parking is available and guests are able to leave their cars overnight. All cars must be picked up by 11am.
Food: We will be having one of mine and Will's favorites- Barbeque! There will not be a vegetarian or vegan option available at the buffet due to the catering. If you will need a special meal, please reach out to Ali or Will. Drinks: Tap beer, wine, and house cocktails will be on us, served from the start of cocktail hour until 10pm. After that, it will be a cash bar.
We would love to have our friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting formal attire for our wedding day, but we want everyone to feel confident and comfortable while celebrating with us!
