FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The theme is earthy, fall tones. Guests can wear variations of muted, olive green (similar to the website background). Kindly leave wearing white to the bride.

Question

May I bring a guest?

Answer

No, the couple has accommodated for those invited only. RSVPs are unique and designated per invitation.

Question

Are kids and pets allowed?

Answer

Unless previously invited by the couple, unfortunately, no.

Question

May I take pictures?

Answer

The ceremony will be strictly "unplugged". No phones or photography will be allowed for the duration of the ceremony, the couple has a designated photographer. Guests are welcome to take as many photos as they wish once the ceremony has been completed.

Question

Where is the Ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be held at Holy Name Cathedral (735 N State St, Chicago, IL 60654).

Question

Where is the Reception?

Answer

The reception will be held at Celeste Chicago (111 W Hubbard St, Chicago, IL 60654).

Question

Is there parking available near the wedding venue(s)?

Answer

Holy Name Cathedral has an attached garage connected to the church. For Celeste Chicago, we suggest utilizing parking apps (e.g. SpotHero, ParkWhiz) for a secured parking space at a designated rate. The approximated transportation time between Holy Name Cathedral and Celeste Chicago is a 4 minute drive.

Question

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the wedding venue(s)?

Answer

No, guests will be responsible for their own transportation. If you are partaking in beverage service, responsibly drink and safely get home.
