Travel Information For guests traveling from out of town, please plan to fly into Augusto C. Sandino International Airport (MGA) in Managua, Nicaragua. Rancho Santana is located approximately 2 hours from Managua Airport. We recommend arranging transportation in advance, whether through the resort, a private shuttle service, or a rental car. To secure the best fares and flight options, we encourage guests to book their flights as early as possible. December is a popular travel season, and airfare may increase as the wedding date approaches. We are excited to celebrate with you in beautiful Nicaragua and look forward to sharing an unforgettable wedding weekend together. Additional transportation details and recommendations will be provided closer to the wedding date.

Hotel Accommodations For your convenience, we have reserved a block of rooms at a discounted rate for our wedding guests from December 3–5. The resort offers a variety of accommodations, including single guest rooms, condominiums, and spacious villas, allowing guests to choose the option that best fits their needs. By reserving rooms within the same area of the resort, we hope to keep our family and friends close together throughout the wedding weekend, making it easy to gather, relax, and celebrate together. To receive the special rate, please make your reservation by March 29 and reference the Arguello/Lopez Wedding when booking. We encourage guests to reserve their accommodations early, as availability cannot be guaranteed after the reservation deadline. Airport Arrival Recommendation (Optional)

To make your arrival in Nicaragua as seamless and stress-free as possible, we highly recommend booking the Airport VIP Fast Track Service. Immigration lines at Managua International Airport can be lengthy, particularly during peak travel periods. The VIP service allows you to bypass the regular immigration lines while an airport representative assists you throughout the arrival process. The service includes: Expedited immigration processing Access to a private VIP lounge while your paperwork is handled Personalized airport assistance from arrival through immigration While completely optional, we believe this service is well worth considering so you can begin your vacation relaxed and ready to enjoy the wedding festivities. How to Reserve the VIP Service Email the Airport VIP Lounge at salonvip@eaai.com.ni. Include the following information: Full name Passport number Flight number Airline Arrival date and time Submit your request at least 6–24 hours before your arrival. Pay the fee upon arrival at the VIP desk. The cost is typically $30–35 USD per person and can generally be paid by cash or credit card. Meet your airport representative. Upon arrival, a staff member will greet you with a sign displaying your name, collect your passport temporarily, and escort you through the priority immigration line. Please Note: All travelers are still required to pay Nicaragua's tourist entry fee (typically $10–12 USD, cash) upon arrival at immigration.
