Do I have to stay 4 nights to stay at the resort?

Answer

Yes. It is the resort's policy that every guest has to stay at least 4 nights. If this does not work for your schedule, feel free to book at another hotel or resort nearby that can accommodate your travel needs! You have to purchase a day pass to attend the wedding at our resort. Please let us know if you plan on staying elsewhere so that we can arrange a day pass for you.

Can I pay for a 4-night stay in order to stay at the resort, even if I cannot stay all 4 nights?

Answer

Yes, you can. If you would like to stay at the resort, but cannot stay all 4 nights, you will have to still pay for all 4 nights. However, you are able to leave earlier or come later if you still pay for a 4 night stay. If you choose to do this, please contact 1-305-593-4041 (M-F 9:30AM-6:00PM EST) after you have made your reservation and let them know that you plan to leave earlier (be ready to provide your reservation number).

How much is a day pass?

Answer

The day pass to come to the wedding offsite is $65 USD per person.

How soon do I have to book a room?

Answer

You have to book a room by September 30, 2022 in order to receive a discount and be included in our "wedding group". All payments of the room have to be paid in full by the time you arrive at the resort. Please send Claudia your booking confirmation number (BPU) once you have booked your room.

When do we need to arrive/leave?

Answer

We have secured room blocks from April 12th to April 19th; you may arrive and leave any time between those dates in order to receive the group discount rate.

Are there activities that we have to partake in, aside from on the wedding day?

Answer

No, unless you are in the wedding party or you are told otherwise; you are also on vacation! Enjoy everything the resort has to offer, as well as excursions and the town of Riviera Maya.

What is the attire for the wedding?

Answer

Cocktail or formal attire, please (suit and tie/cocktail dresses). Feel free to bring a change of shoes for the reception! Also, please do not wear white.

Are kids allowed to come?

Answer

Although we love your children, we regrettably cannot accommodate them all due to limited numbers. If we are unable to invite your children, we want this to be an opportunity for you to enjoy a vacation and carefree night!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your formal invitation says “and Guest,” or accounts for a plus one then, yes! If not, we would prefer if it was just you. Plus ones are limited due to size of venue. If you have a question about inviting a plus one that was not listed, feel free to reach out and ask us.

Can I cancel my resort reservation if something comes up?

Answer

Yes. Due to booking the "Flexible" option, you are able to cancel your reservation up to three days before your reservation free of charge.
