When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request that you submit your RSVP no later than March 15th.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We truly wish we could invite all our guests’ children to our wedding however we are only able to invite the children of our immediate families.

Can I bring a date or plus one?

Answer

We have opted for an intimate wedding weekend with our closest loved ones. Please only RSVP for the people who were addressed on the invitation.

Where is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at Westwind Hills. A shuttle will operate between the Wildwood Hotel and the venue throughout the evening.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that guests arrive to the venue no later than 4:50PM as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at Westwind Hills for those that will be driving. Overnight parking is allowed, but vehicles must be picked up by 9am. Ubers/Lyfts are available in the area for those that need them.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal/black-tie optional and ladies are encouraged to celebrate the season by incorporating Spring-inspired elements into their formal attire.

If the Wildwood Hotel room block is full, what other hotel recommendations do you have?

Answer

There are several hotels within a reasonable distance to our venue, Westwind Hills. Some recommendations are Holiday Inn Saint Louis West at Six Flags, Comfort Inn Near Six Flags St. Louis, or any of the hotels in Chesterfield, Missouri. These hotels are all between 15-30 minutes from our venue. Please note: the shuttle will only operate between the Wildwood Hotel and our venue, but Uber/Lyft is available for those that need it.
