We've loved living in Carlsbad for the past year and are excited for you to try some of our favorite spots! There are lots of shops and restaturants and a beautiful beach for you to enjoy.
For food in the Carlsbad village, we recommend:

PRK 101 for happy hour and to watch a game
Board & Brew for sandwiches to eat at the beach
Harbor Fish Cafe for fish & chips and a great view

Go to the beach (duh!)
Hike Torrey Pines (where we took our engagement photos)
Kayak or paddleboard in the Carlsbad Lagoon
Head south and explore San Diego - we are about 30 minutes north of La Jolla and 45 minutes from Balboa Park
